solid control equipment, KOSUN is always seeking for opportunity to provide its high quality equipment to clients all over the world, and it is making all efforts to expand the international market. Compared with other area, the Southeast Asia market of KOSUN is relatively small and new as KOSUN focus more on the Russia, Middle East, Africa before. But recently, KOSUN signed an Agent Agreement with a powerful energy company in the Southeast Asia Market in May 2014 after more than five months communication and touch, which is really a big step for its marketing in this certain area.
In October 2013, the agent company contacted KOSUN sales team through KOSUN website and sought for cooperation to participate in a tender in the Southeast area. By the superior and timely service and good equipment technology presentation, the agent company chose KOSUN as its exclusive partner for the tender. During this first cooperation, the Chief Manager of the agent company, Mr John led his team to China to visit KOSUN in November 2013. After checking the production lines in the two factories of KOSUN, Xi’an Jinwei Solids Control Plant and Yongle Circulating System Plant, Mr John was very satisfied with the production workmanship of KOSUN, and said they hoped to have more chances to cooperate with KOSUN and would try to promote the cooperation between two companies to a higher position.
After the first successful cooperation, the Agent Company and KOSUN started to cooperate in more projects for the
solid control industry in Southeast Asia area, and the communication is also very frequent. In March 2014, Mr John and his team came to Xi’an for their second visit to KOSUN. This time, the president of KOSUN, Mr Geng arranged a formal meeting with Mr John and had a very comprehensive talk on the agent issue. During the two days of this visit, KOSUN was recognized by the Agent Company by its international standard production line and the advanced equipment technology, and KOSUN also got that the Agent Company is very powerful in the Oil and Gas industry in the certain area. Finally the management teams from both parties agreed to build a long-term partnership in the solid control industry in the Southeast Asia area, and the primary details of the agreement were also decided.
In May 2014, the formal Agent Agreements were signed by both parties. As reliable partners for both companies, now KOSUN and the Agent Company are in cooperation in many projects on
solid control industry in this area. And we believe that by this win-win model, KOSUN will expand and enhance the market in more countries of this area, and finally the KOSUN brand will be recognized by more companies in this area.
